. . . I don't plan to go around killing people, so if there is a person killing to remove threats, they aren't a threat to me. On the other hand, a person who is trying to pick off who they can in the dead of night to gain an advantage is a threat to everyone.

I do think the person who killed Kaz Kaan and the person who killed Tamaki Suoh are one and the same. If they succeeded the first time, why would they have stopped? [Because Harrow doesn't know this is an rp and people get tired sometimes.] Now that they've succeeded twice, they certainly won't stop.
